Church & Dwight Co., Inc. Declares 447th Regular Quarterly Dividend
PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (NYS: CHD) , manufacturer of ARM & HAMMER(R) consumer and specialty products, today reported that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of twenty four cents ($0.24) per share.
This quarterly dividend will be payable December 3, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 12, 2012. It is the Company's 447th regular consecutive quarterly dividend.
