Monroe Capital Corporation Closes Initial Public Offering
CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Monroe Capital Corporation (the "Company") (NAS: MRCC) announced today the closing of its initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $15.00 per share, raising approximately $75 million in gross proceeds.
