ManTech Awarded $25 Million to Support Defense Commissary Agency Information Applications Worldwide

FAIRFAX, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- ManTech International Corporation (NAS: MANT) was awarded a task order under its GSA IT Schedule 70 contract to provide technical and operations support services for the Defense Commissary Agency's (DeCA) worldwide information applications. The award is valued at $25 million, with a one year base period and four additional option years.

DeCA is responsible for the management, operation, and maintenance of all Department of Defense commissaries worldwide. Under this task order, ManTech will provide program management, software maintenance, integration, application migration/upgrades, and deployment services for existing DeCA information applications, including mission critical ordering, receiving and financial systems. The work will be performed primarily at DeCA headquarters in Fort Lee, Va.


"DeCA operates about 250 DoD commissaries with approximately 15,000 employees, all supported by a variety of information systems accessed by 5,500 computers worldwide," said Louis M.
