IXYS Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

BIEL, Switzerland & MILPITAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- IXYS Corporation (NAS: IXYS) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.03 per share. The quarterly dividend will be paid on June 28, 2013 to stockholders of record on June 7, 2013.
