American Vanguard Schedules 2012 Third Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call for Thursday, November 1st
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Vanguard Corporation (NYS: AVD) today announced that it will report financial results for the 2012 third quarter ended September 30, 2012 on Thursday, November 1, 2012 before the stock market opens. Eric Wintemute, Chairman and CEO, and David T. Johnson, CFO, will conduct a conference call focusing on the financial results at 12:00 pm ET / 9:00 am PT on Thursday, November 1, 2012. Interested parties may participate in the call by dialing (201) 493-6744 - please call in 10 minutes before the call is scheduled to begin, and ask for the American Vanguard call.
