U.S. Silica Holdings, Inc. Reschedules Earnings Release and Conference Call due to Hurricane Sandy
FREDERICK, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- U.S. Silica Holdings, Inc. (NYS: SLCA) today announced that due to Hurricane Sandy it is rescheduling its third quarter 2012 earnings release and pushing the release back by one day. U.S. Silica will release its third quarter 2012 results after the New York Stock Exchange closes on Thursday, November 1, 2012. This release will be followed by a conference call for investors on Friday, November 2, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss U.S. Silica's third quarter 2012 financial results. Hosting the call will be Bryan A. Shinn, President and Chief Executive Officer and William A. White, Chief Financial Officer.
