CastleVille Good Advice Quests: Everything you need to know
As you start to complete the new Bad Relationship Advice quests in CastleVille, you'll also automatically activate a much shorter quest line staring Hazel, the evil (or not) ice witch that makes routine appearances on our Kingdoms. In this case, you'll unlock these "Good Advice" quests once you begin the second Bad Relationship Advice quest, and can complete both sets from there on at the same time. We're here with a look at these new quests, thanks to Zynga, so let's get started!
The Advisor Is In!
Fill the Advice Bar by crafting Welcome Baskets
Fill the Advice Bar by crafting Engraved Stationary
This event comes with its very own spirit bar and ice-themed items to earn over the next month. The first level of the Spirit Bar can be filled by crafting six Welcome Baskets. Each Basket requires Carrots, Butter and more. A single Welcome Basket only takes five seconds to prepare, so you can easily create six if you plan ahead and stock up on these ingredients. When you finish this first Spirit Bar, you'll receive an Ice-themed Advice Booth.
From there, you'll need to craft eight Engraves Stationary to fill the second of four Spirit Bars, rewarding you with the Frozen Moose at the end. These Stationary pieces are created using Feathers, Wool Thread, Flaxseed Oil and more. They too take five seconds to craft, so at least the only really time consuming portion to this entire quest series so far will be earning the ingredients. You'll receive 1,000 coins and 20 XP for completing this first quest.
The Price of Advice
Fill the Advice Bar by Crafting Fountain Pens
Fill the Advice Bar by Crafting Brain Food
These final two Spirit Bars are filled in a similar fashion, but you'll need higher quantities of the items in order to actually complete them. In the case of the Fountain Pens, you'll need to craft 10 to fill its bar for the Advice Ball prize, with a single Fountain Pen being crafted using items like Buttons, Wood Planks, and Berries.
Finally, the Brain Food Spirit Bar is filled after crafting 12 individual Brain Food, which are created using Pumpkins, Butter, Sheep's Horns and Barrels. You can earn some of these materials by asking your friends to send them to you, or you can of course purchase them with Crowns. Finishing this final Spirit Bar gives you a Pet Yeti, along with 1,000 coins and 20 XP for finishing this second "Good Advice" quest.
After completing these quests, you'll be able to go back and collect more items for Hazel, earning more than one of the rewards in this series. It's likely that this set of Spirit Bars won't be available forever, as Spirit Bars are a frequently updated feature in the game, so make sure to craft these items at least once while you still can.
