RYE BROOK, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Universal American Corp. (NYS: UAM) announced today that it has rescheduled the issuance of its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012 due to the severe weather impacting the East Coast. Universal American will now issue this release after the market closes on Thursday, November 1, 2012.
The Company's quarterly conference call has also been rescheduled to 8:30 am Eastern Time on Friday, November 2, 2012. As previously announced, a slide presentation will accompany the call and will be posted in the "Investors" section of Universal American's website at www.UniversalAmerican.com. Interested parties may participate in the call by dialing (201) 493-6744. Please call in 10 minutes before the conference call is scheduled to begin and ask for the Universal American call. In addition, interested parties will be able to access the third quarter conference call live over the Internet via the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at www.UniversalAmerican.com.
