WAYNE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SunGard, one of the world's leading software and technology services companies, today postponed the release of its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012 to the afternoon of Wednesday, October 31, 2012, followed by a conference call at 4:15 p.m. (Eastern Time) to discuss the financial results.
Russ Fradin, president and chief executive officer, commented, "Given the severe weather expected today and tomorrow, we intend to announce our third quarter results this Wednesday as conditions improve.
