OAK BROOK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Retail Properties of America, Inc. (NYS: RPAI) announced today that one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries signed a lease with Pet Supplies Plus to occupy a 11,238-square-foot location at Irmo Station in Irmo, SC.
"Pet Supplies Plus will enhance the shopping choices available at Irmo Station," said Ann Smith, vice president/leasing director for RPAI US Management LLC, a subsidiary of RPAI. "Pet Supplies Plus prides themselves on becoming an integral part of the community and is an excellent addition to this busy neighborhood center," added Smith.
Pet Supplies Plus offers a wide array of pet food, products, grooming services and animal expertise in a welcoming environment.
Irmo Station is a 99,384-square-foot neighborhood center anchored by Kroger and includes national tenants such as Pizza Hut and Firehouse Subs. The center is located in an affluent, well-trafficked area, off the shore of Lake Murray and ten miles from Columbia, SC.
