DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- QEP Resources, Inc. (NYS: QEP) , a leading independent natural gas and crude oil exploration and production company, today announced that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share payable on June 22, 2013, to shareholders of record on June 3, 2013.
