SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- NeoPhotonics Corporation (NYS: NPTN) , will report financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012, after market close on November 1, 2012. The Company will hold its quarterly conference call to discuss these results at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time (3:00 p.m. Pacific Time).
