Hercules Technology Growth Capital Reschedules Issuance of Third Quarter Results and Associated Earnings Call Due To the Dangerous Conditions Developing as a Result of Hurricane Sandy

PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hercules Technology Growth Capital, Inc. (NYS: HTGC) , the leading specialty finance company providing senior secured loans to venture capital backed companies in technology-related markets, including technology, biotechnology, life science, and cleantech industries, at all stages of development, today announced the postponement of the issuance of the company's third quarter financial results and associated conference call, which was previously scheduled for Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. PDT (5:00 p.m. EDT), due to the dangerous conditions developing as a result of Hurricane Sandy.

The conference call has been rescheduled for Thursday, November 1, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. PDT (5:00 p.m. EDT). Hercules will release the company's financial results after market close on that same day. The earnings call may be further postponed depending on when equity markets reopen.
