DGSE to Hold Financial Results Conference Call and Webcast on November 1, 2012

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- DGSE Companies, Inc. (NYSE MKT: DGSE) will hold a conference call and webcast on Thursday, November 1, 2012 to discuss the company's current filings, restatement of financials, and managements efforts to regain compliance with the NYSE MKT listing requirements. The teleconference will begin at 2:00 p.m. Central Time (3:00 p.m. Eastern Time) and will be hosted by James J. Vierling, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President, C. Brett Burford, Chief Financial Officer, and James D. Clem, Chief Operating Officer.

The company expects to file its Form 10-K reporting its restated Consolidated Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2010 and its Consolidated Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2011. The company also expects to file its Forms 10-Q for the quarterly periods ended March 30, 2012, and June 30, 2012.
