Itron, Inc. (NAS: ITRI) announced today that it has rescheduled the release of its 2012 third quarter results due to expected severe impacts of Hurricane Sandy. The new release date will be 8 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012, followed by a conference call with investors and analysts at 8:30 a.m. ET.
The earnings release and financial statements will be available on the company's website at www.itron.com, under the Investors tab. The live webcast of the earnings call, along with a supplemental slide presentation, will begin at 8:30 a.m. ET and will be accessible via the link on Itron's website 15 minutes before the live call begins.
