Aegion Corporation Reschedules Issuance of Third Quarter 2012 Financial Results to After Stock Market Close on October 31, 2012 and Associated Conference Call and Webcast to 9:30 AM Eastern Daylight Time on November 1, 2012

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Aegion Corporation (Nasdaq Global Select Market: AEGN) announces the postponement of the issuance of its Third Quarter 2012 financial results, conference call and webcast with investors because of the close of United States stock market on Tuesday October 30, 2012 related to the severe weather conditions from Hurricane Sandy on the Northeastern portion of the country.

The earnings press release is now scheduled to be issued after the stock market closes on Wednesday, October 31, 2012. The Company will host a conference call on Thursday, November 1, 2012 to discuss business performance and outlook. After opening remarks, there will be a limited question and answer period.
