RYE BROOK, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Universal American Corp. (NYS: UAM) announced today that it will issue its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012 after the market closes on Tuesday, October 30, 2012.
Universal American's Chairman & CEO, Richard Barasch and Co-President & CFO, Robert Waegelein, will host a conference call at 8:00 am Eastern Time on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 to discuss the financial results and recent corporate developments.
