SimCity Social Black & White Widow Quests: Everything you need to know

Updated

If you've managed to power your way through the Trick or Treat Trail in SimCity Social and make it to the end stage of this lengthy timed event, you'll finally be able to greet the Bride of Frankenstein, or the Bride of Frank for short. She's yet another lonely character that you'll need to help, but this quest series doesn't deal with just friendship. No, you'll need to help the Bride get back into dating, and we're here with a guide to help you do just that, thanks to the SimCity Social forums. Let's get started!

Halloween Lonely Heart

  • Go Speed Dating

  • Ask friends for 5 Bunches of Roses

  • Get Laughing Skulls

The Speed Dating can be done at a coffee shop, which you likely already have at least one of in your town. Meanwhile, the Bunches of Roses are earned by posting a general news item to your wall asking all friends to help, so make sure to ask as often as the game lets you just in case your initial request gets lost in the shuffle. When you complete this first rather straightforward quest, you'll receive 10,000 Simoleons and eight XP.

Monster Makeover

  • Have a 1-Star Boutique

  • Buy a Fancy Dress

  • Collect from the Spa

If you don't already have one, a Boutique is a business that can be purchased once you've reached 22,000 population. You can also unlock it early for 44 Diamonds. Once you have this 1-Star Boutique, you can click on it to get the Fancy Dress. Finally, the Spa is another business that you can purchase from the store, but only after you've reached 30,000 Sims in population. As a warning, this business takes 18 hours to recharge, and time in this event is something you simply can't waste. If you're planning your actions ahead of time, don't tend your Spa until you reach this quest, or you'll be left behind while you wait for it to become ready for collection again. For completing this quest, you'll receive 15,000 Simoleons and eight XP.

Make Me a Man!

  • Collect from a 1-Star Zombie Mall

  • Collect from a 1-Star Funeral Home

  • Research Mechanical Hearts 3 Times

This quest goes back to the exclusive rewards that you've earned previously throughout the Trick or Treat Trail. The Zombie

Mall is the final prize in the Night of the Lonely Dead quests, while the Funeral Home is earned in the Tomb Raiders quests. Not only will you need to take both out of your inventory and actually build them, but you'll need to upgrade them to 1-Star each and then collect from them. Again, this is a situation where planning ahead is key, so good luck there. As for the Mechanical Hearts, you can research these at three different Medical Research Facilities. Check your friends' towns if you need help, and also remember that Don has one you can tend as well. When you finish this quest, you'll receive eight XP and three building materials.

Open Heart Surgery

  • Practice Body Assembly 5 Times

  • Get 2 Tesla Coils

  • Ask friends for 3 Bloody Cleavers

First things first, the Bloody Cleavers can be earned by posting a general request to your news feed asking friends for help. As for the Tesla Coils, these are earned at High Tech Labs, but you unfortunately can't tend the same one twice and will need to tend two different buildings. Finally, the Body Assembly can be performed on a Mannequin Factory. Unfortunately, the Mannequin Factory is locked until you have a population of at least 55,750 Sims, so make sure to visit your high-level friends to see if they have one you can tend. If you do find one, you can tend it three times in a row to finish off this final quest. In doing so, you'll receive eight XP, three Bliss and the Mad Scientist Lab. This Lab is a factory that gives you 413 Materials every four and a half hours.

If you can make it through this final quest set in the five days we have remaining, you definitely deserve the rewards awaiting you, and we wish you the best of luck in completing everything in time!
