Republic Airways Announces New Finance Executives

Announces creation of Business Transformation Process Team

INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Republic Airways Holdings Inc. (NAS: RJET) announced today the appointment of Joe Allman as the company's Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and Treasurer and Ryan Willman as the company's Vice President and Corporate Controller. Allman has held the office of Vice President and Corporate Controller since joining Republic in 2007 and will now lead the Company's FP&A division and Treasury department. Willman joins the Company from his previous role as Vice President and Controller of BrightPoint Americas. Both Allman and Willman will report to Republic CFO, Tim Dooley.


The Company also announced the creation of a new Business Transformation Process (BTP) team, which will be led by Tonya Gilbert as Managing Director, BTP. Gilbert joined the Company in September of 2005 as Accounting Manager and was promoted in 2010 to Director of Finance and Assistant Controller. In her new capacity, Gilbert will lead a team of professionals to identify and implement best practices and cost reduction opportunities throughout the organization. "We created the Business Transformation Process team to ensure that our business processes and operating decisions provide for competitive operating costs and long-term sustainability," said Dooley.

In addition, Republic announced the following Finance management changes and appointments:

Tara Kamm has joined Republic as Managing Director of Tax. Prior to joining Republic, Kamm was Director of Domestic Taxes at BrightPoint.

Heather Stone, who joined Republic in 2002, has held positions of increasing responsibility and was most recently the Company's Director of Tax and Compliance. Stone assumes a newly created role of Director of Shared Services, with responsibility for management of the Accounts Payable and Payroll departments.

Jason Secore, who joined Republic in 2012 as Director of Fuel Management, will add oversight for Treasury Operations and Corporate Finance to his current responsibilities. Prior to joining Republic, Secore held various finance roles at US Airways.
