DOWNERS GROVE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hillshire Brands (NYS: HSH) today announced that its review of first quarter 2013 earnings will be broadcast live via the Internet on Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012, at 7:30 a.m. CDT.
