ManTech Awarded $16.5 Million to Support NASA Kennedy Space Center Safety and Mission Assurance Directorate

FAIRFAX, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- ManTech International Corporation (NAS: MANT) announced today that it has received a subcontract from A-P-T Research, Inc. to provide risk assessments, inspections and evaluation analyses for the Kennedy Space Center (KSC) Safety and Mission Assurance Directorate. The cost-plus-award fee contract has a two-year base period and two one-year options, with a potential value to ManTech of $16.5 million.

The Safety and Mission Assurance Directorate assures the safety and success of all KSC activities through the development, implementation, and oversight of safety, reliability, maintainability, and quality assurance policies and procedures. ManTech has supported the KSC for more than 15 years and is uniquely qualified to provide additional flight hardware processing, launch, and test experience.
