("Mad Catz") (NYSE MKT/TSX: MCZ) announced today it will release its fiscal 2013 second quarter results for the period ended September 30, 2012, on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, after the market closes, and will host a conference call and webcast that same day at 5:00 p.m. ET.
