Blue Calypso, Inc. Files Patent Infringement Suit against Yelp and IZEA
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Blue Calypso, Inc. (OTCBB: BCYP), an innovator in digital word-of-mouth marketing, announced today that the company has filed a patent infringement complaint against Yelp Inc. (NYS: YELP) and IZEA, Inc. Both patents cover the system for peer-to-peer advertising created and developed by Blue Calypso. "Businesses must offer something unique in order to thrive. With this case and others like it, we are simply protecting our proprietary offerings in order to safeguard our success."
