AptarGroup Declares Quarterly Dividend; Confirms Third Quarter Conference Call
CRYSTAL LAKE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of AptarGroup, Inc. (NYS: ATR) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.22 per share, payable November 28, 2012, to shareholders of record as of November 7, 2012.
As previously announced, AptarGroup will hold a conference call on Friday, November 2, 2012, at 8:00 a.m. CDT to discuss the Company's third quarter results for 2012. The Company plans to announce its third quarter results after trading on the New York Stock Exchange has closed on Thursday, November 1, 2012. The conference call will last approximately one hour.
