HickoryTech Reschedules Third Quarter 2012 Earnings Release to November 8

Company will host webcast on November 9 at 9 a.m. CT

MANKATO, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- HickoryTech Corporation (NASDAQ: HTCO) announced today it has rescheduled its third quarter 2012 earnings release and conference call in order to complete the filings for restatement of previous financial results related to accounting for interest rate swaps under Financial Accounting Standard Board FASB ASC 815.


The company will release its third quarter 2012 results on Thursday, Nov. 8 after the market closes and host a conference call on Friday, Nov. 9, at 9 a.m. CST. The conference call dial-in number 877-774-2369 for U.S. and Canadian callers, conference ID 36345775.
