Energen Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Energen Corporation (NYS: EGN) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 14 cents per share payable December 3, 2012, to shareholders of record on November 15, 2012.

Energen Corporation is an oil and gas exploration and production company with headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama. Through Energen Resources Corporation, the company has approximately 950 million barrels of oil-equivalent proved, probable, and possible reserves.
