Textainer Group Holdings Limited Announces Date for the Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2012 Earnings Release and Conference Call

HAMILTON, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Textainer Group Holdings Limited (NYS: TGH) ("Textainer"), the world's largest lessor of intermodal containers based on fleet size, today reported that it will announce results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. EST on Tuesday, February 12, 2013.

Textainer will hold a conference call and Webcast at 11:00 a.m. EST on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 to discuss Textainer's fourth quarter and full year 2012 results.
