LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Glancy Binkow & Goldberg LLP announces that it is investigating potential claims against the Board of Directors of Ancestry.com Inc. ("Ancestry.com" or the "Company") (NAS: ACOM) related to the proposed acquisition of the Company by Permira Advisers LLP. The transaction is valued at approximately $1.6 billion or $32 per share.
