SimCity Social: Play JetSet Secrets for free Spy Factory

Electronic Arts has finally decided to cross-promote its new hidden object game on Facebook, JetSet Secrets, as SimCity Social players are now being encouraged to try JetSet Secrets in exchange for a free Spy Factory back in their towns.

This promotion can be found by logging into your town in SimCity Social and then clicking on the JetSet Secrets logo on the right side of the screen. From there, you'll be prompted to load JetSet Secrets in a new window, and will have a chance to complete a hidden object scene. When that's done, if you've already reached level 3 in JetSet Secrets, you'll be eligible to win the Spy Factory in SimCity Social, and will be sent once again between the two games via a helpful popup menu.

Back in SimCity Social, your new Spy Factory can be accessed under the buildings section of your inventory. This is a Factory like any other, with the same square base that you'd expect. The base takes three energy to build, but you won't have to collect building materials after that. Every nine minutes, the Factory will pay out 43 Materials by default, it's as simple as that. If you decide that 43 Materials isn't good enough, you can also upgrade the Factory as you would other buildings by spending building materials, Simoleons and Materials until it reaches level 3, and an increased production rate of 50% over normal.
