Reserve Estimates Show Million-Dollar Promise for FTTN's New Louisiana Interest

BRADENTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Highly promising reserve estimates for First Titan Corp.'s (OTCBB: FTTN) newest oil and gas prospect in Louisiana have the company—and its shareholders—anticipating millions of dollars' worth of resources once production begins.

The prospect, located in the Lake Boeuf Field in Lafourche Parish, La., is a directional well with a total vertical depth of 12,025 feet. Its estimated reserves total 11 billion cubic feet of natural gas and 880,000 barrels of condensate.

What's even more encouraging is the fact that the prospect is directly up dip of wells that have produced 3.5 billion cubic feet of gas and 352,000 barrels of oil.

"We're expecting tremendous production out of this project based on the reserve estimates and the down-dip production," said FTTN CEO Robert Federowicz. "We're very excited about this project's rich potential and we can't wait to move forward on it."

The prospective well is currently staked and available for permitting. FTTN and Intrepid Drilling, the well's operator, expect to begin rigging up at the well site as soon as funding for the project is finalized.

The Lake Boeuf Field prospect is the fifth working interest in a prospective U.S. oil and gas well that FTTN has acquired in the past year. With production now underway at the company's well in Alabama, FTTN will continue to aggressively pursue new and potentially lucrative oil and gas leases up and down the Gulf Coast.
