WATSONVILLE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Granite Construction Incorporated (NYS: GVA) will release financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2012 on Thursday, February 28, 2013, before the market opens. The Company will hold a conference call to discuss the results at 8:00 a.m. PT / 11:00 a.m. ET on February 28.
