Rouse Properties' Silver Lake Mall Adds Two New Retailers

- Sports Authority and Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores to occupy more than 63,000 square feet -

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Rouse Properties, Inc. (NYS: RSE) , a national owner and operator of regional enclosed malls, today announced that Sports Authority and Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores will open at Silver Lake Mall located at 200 W. Hanley Avenue in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Sports Authority, one of the nation's largest full-line sporting goods retailers, signed a lease to occupy more than 44,000 square feet and Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores, the nation's largest fabric and craft retailer, signed a lease to occupy approximately 19,000 square feet.

Silver Lake Mall is the only enclosed shopping center in Northern Idaho serving residents in Canada, Montana and Idaho and is ideally positioned to serve travelers to the Inland Empire, a region in the Pacific Northwest including all of Northern Idaho and parts of Eastern Washington. The 330,000 square foot center is anchored by jcpenney, Macy's and Sears and is home to a number of specialty retailers including Bath & Body Works, Christopher & Banks, PacSun, Radio Shack and Vanity. Silver Lake Mall is conveniently located just minutes from I-90 with direct access to US 95.
