The Best of Boston Road Business Awards are sponsored by the Boston Road Business Association (BRBA), a Massachusetts not-for-profit organization whose mission is to unite the businesses within the Springfield and Wilbraham Boston Road corridor; promoting growth and development within the business community.
The selection process (over 1,600 votes submitted for this year's nominees) began with an invitation to all Boston Road businesses. Those businesses were asked to nominate top companies within designated categories. Voters were encouraged to base their nomination on personal, firsthand observations of quality of service, products, and business ethics.
