WINCHESTER, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Trex Company, Inc. (NYS: TREX) , the leading manufacturer of wood-alternative decking and railing, will release its third-quarter-2012 results before the NYSE opens for regular trading on Thursday, November 1, 2012.
