Azure Dynamics' Hybrid Electric Manufacturing Equipment for Commercial Vehicles and Related Assets to Be Sold by Heritage Global Partners via Global Online Auction November 8-9

SAN DIEGO & BURNABY, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Heritage Global Partners ("HGP"), a global leader in asset advisory and auction services and a wholly owned subsidiary of Counsel RB Capital (OTCQB: CRBN), today announced its upcoming global online auction featuring the manufacturing assets of Azure Dynamics, Inc., a global developer and producer of hybrid electric and electric components and powertrain systems for commercial vehicles. The sale is subject to U.S. & Canadian Bankruptcy Courts Approval Case #12-47498 and #S122223.

The global auction will be conducted online at http://www.hgpauction.com/?auctionid=275 on November 8, 2012, beginning at 12 am PST and ending on November 9, 2012 at 5 pm PST. The sale will feature assets located around the world including finished and unfinished vehicles, gliders, spare parts, hybrid electric and electricmanufacturing equipment and machinery for commercial vehicle production, and much more.
