GLENDALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- PS Business Parks, Inc. (NYS: PSB) announced today that it intends to release its third quarter 2012 earnings after the close of business on Monday, October 29, 2012.

A conference call is scheduled for Tuesday, October 30, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. (PDT) to discuss the third quarter results. The toll free number is (888) 299-3246; the conference ID is 40159229.
