ManTech/Fluor LLC Awarded EAGLE Basic Ordering Agreement to Support U.S. Army Logistics Efforts Worldwide

FAIRFAX, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fluor ManTech Logistics Services, LLC (FMLS), a joint business enterprise of ManTech International Corporation (NAS: MANT) and Fluor Corporation, was awarded a basic ordering agreement (BOA) under the Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) program to provide maintenance, supply, and transportation services to the U.S. Army Sustainment Command and other government entities. The multiple-award BOA has a five year period of performance.

Awarded by the Army Contracting Command-Rock Island, Ill., the EAGLE BOA provides FMLS an opportunity to compete for task orders to help prepare forces for deployment, sustainment, and redeployment; and rebuild readiness for future deployments and contingencies. Services may be provided worldwide and customers may include the Department of the Army, coalition partners, joint bases, foreign governments and other Department of Defense agencies.

ManTech and Fluor formed FMLS specifically to provide the Army with comprehensive logistics solutions under the EAGLE program. The two companies have significant experience supporting logistics for the U.S. military, and working together as FMLS, they will provide the U.S. Army Sustainment Command with a valuable resource for its future logistics programs.

"The EAGLE program is a ground-breaking step toward standardizing logistics support across the Army while still providing flexibility at the installation level, " said Louis M. Addeo, president and chief operating officer of ManTech's Technical Services Group. "ManTech has long supported Army logistics efforts around the world, and together with Fluor we are proud to offer FMLS as a global resource for Army, government, and coalition efforts."
