The Ville Halloween Party Quests: Everything you need to know

We know Halloween is going to play a big part in the Ville's events this month, but only a few costumes and decorations have been released up to this point. Thankfully, the event has really picked up now, as a full set of Halloween Party quests have been released in the game. We're here with a guide to finishing them off, straight from Zynga. Let's get started!

Trick or Treat?

  • Collect 10 Candy Corn

  • Build the Candy Bowl

  • Place 4 Halloween Decorations


The new Halloween Candy Bowl can be purchased for just 100 coins in the store. Of course, this task isn't completed just with the purchase, as you'll need to also collect building materials to finish it off. You'll need items like Knowledge, Joy, and Screwdrivers, with these ingredients being earned through a combination of general news posts and individual requests sent to your neighbors. When you complete this first quest, you'll receive 100 coins and 2 XP.


The Halloween Spirit

  • Collect 8 Halloween Paint

  • Upgrade the Candy Bowl

  • Collect Coins from the Candy Bowl


Right off of the bat, we're given a chance to upgrade the Candy Bowl, which functions like the Pink Lemonade Stand. In this case, however, the "Pink Lemons" have been replaced with "Candy Corn." You'll need Candy Corn to supply the Candy Bowl, and will receive more and more coins each time those Candy Corn are used for each upgrade level. This second level requires eight Candy Corn to "operate" and will give you 1,500 coins when they're spent. You'll receive 200 coins and 5 XP when you finish this quest.

Ghoulmaster Cadie?

  • Practice Scaring Your Friends 4 in the Mirror

  • Collect 10 Fancy Paper

  • Clean the House 6 Times


Fancy Paper is earned by asking your friends to send them to you. As for cleaning, you'll need to click on items, including the Mirror, which will give you a new prompt to "clean" them. You'll earn 125 coins and 5 XP upon completing this quest.

Neighborhood Haunt

  • Print Invitations

  • Craft 4 Candles for the Party

  • Bake 2 Cookies for the Party


Rewards: 125 coins, 5 XP

A Frightful Affair

  • Place 4 Candles for the Party

  • Upgrade the Candy Bowl

  • Make 2 Chocolate Milkshakes for the Party


This next upgrade for the Candy Bowl requires more ingredients still, as you'll need up to 10 of some items like Screwdrivers and Joy. At this stage, the Candy Bowl requires 10 Candy Corn and will be provide 2,500 coins in profit when they're gone. You'll receive 75 coins and 2 XP for completing this quest.

Dying with Anticipation

  • Place 2 Chocolate Milkshakes

  • Collect 10 Joy

  • Call Over 6 Friends


If the game stops you from calling over this many friends at one time, you can always try to call over a friend, dismiss them, and then call over another. You'll receive 75 coins and 5 XP for completing this quest.

The Boo Bash

  • Supply the Candy Bowl

  • Scare 6 Friends

  • Party With 2 Friends at the Karaoke Machine


Rewards: 10 XP, 100 coins, Barfing Pumpkin decoration

Don't worry, this Barfing Pumpkin isn't too gross, as it's simply been decorated with pumpkin seeds like the images you might have seen elsewhere on the web. You should start these quests as quickly as you can though, as they likely won't be around for long after Halloween itself passes.
