As a leading media and entertainment company with over 34,000 employees, Time Warner aims to tell the world's stories to a global audience. The success of the company's film and TV entertainment and publishing businesses is heavily dependent on its ability to promote a culture of opportunity and respect for diverse perspectives, both internally and to the world at-large. Cultivating diversity, be it via content, products, or its employees, is a business imperative at Time Warner.
Time Warner takes a broad and inclusive approach to diversity and is guided by the belief that people from different cultures, ethnicities, regions, viewpoints, sexual orientation and gender bring important values and qualities to both the creation and quality of the company's content.
