Phillips' presentation, "One Petabyte and Beyond: Reinventing Storage for Rapid Data Growth," will take attendees through Avnet's journey to manage the tremendous growth in its mission-critical data, which quadrupled in just two years to reach nearly one petabyte. Phillips will detail Avnet's award-winning approach to overcome this data storage challenge by eliminating technology silos, building a scalable storage architecture, and deploying a network that moves data around quickly. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of data storage management approaches that not only accommodate the fast pace of data growth most companies are experiencing, but also significantly improve business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities.
