ValueClick to Announce Third Quarter 2012 Financial Results on November 1

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- ValueClick, Inc. (NAS: VCLK) announced that it will release third quarter 2012 financial results on Thursday, November 1 at approximately 4:05 p.m. ET. At 4:30 p.m. ET, chief executive officer Jim Zarley, chief financial officer John Pitstick, and chief operating officer John Giuliani will host a conference call and Webcast to discuss the Company's results.
