Health Care REIT, Inc. Announces Date of Third Quarter 2012 Earnings Release, Conference Call and Webcast

TOLEDO, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Health Care REIT, Inc. (NYSE: HCN) announced today that it will release its third quarter 2012 financial results before the market opens on November 6, 2012. The company will also host a conference call on November 6, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss these results. The information to be discussed on the call will be contained in the company's earnings release, which will be available in the News section of the company's website at www.hcreit.com.
