NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Vanguard Health Systems, Inc. (NYS: VHS) (the "Company") plans to announce results for its first fiscal quarter 2013 after the market closes on Tuesday, October 30, 2012.
The Company will host a conference call on October 31, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time for senior management to discuss the Company's financial and operating results.
