All of Ultimate's SaaS customers are live on the latest UltiPro release, which extends UltiPro's cloud human capital management (HCM) ecosystem with new configurable connectors to HCM-related solutions and services.

With the latest release, Ultimate enables customers to leverage comprehensive learning management through a prepackaged integration between UltiPro Performance Management and CERTPOINT Systems, a global leader in learning solutions.
Using single sign-on, Ultimate's customers can access CERTPOINT directly and seamlessly from UltiPro Performance Management. Managers and employees can administer, register for, complete, and track learning activities, including in-person courses, online training, and business-led learning. Development plans in UltiPro can be tied to course enrollments and training events. Once completed, course details such as test scores or enrollment statuses are automatically populated in UltiPro, so managers and employees have a unified view of personal and organizational performance goals. In addition, businesses get clear insight into performance and training across their organization.
