Jefferies Appoints Michael Eastwood Head of Americas Equity Research
NEW YORK & LONDON & HONG KONG--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Jefferies today announced the hiring of Michael Eastwood as a Managing Director and Head of Americas Equity Research. Mr. Eastwood brings to Jefferies over 20 years of securities research experience. He joins the firm from Morgan Stanley, where he was most recently Director of North American Fixed Income Research and, prior to that, Associate Director of North American Equity Research and Head of U.S. Corporate Access. Prior to moving to the U.S. in 2009, he was a ranked European Chemical Analyst at Morgan Stanley for 10 years and at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson for five years based in London. Mr. Eastwood received a MA from the University of Aberdeen.
