ROCKVILLE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Emergent BioSolutions Inc. (NYSE: EBS) announced today that it will report financial results for the third quarter 2012 on Thursday, November 1, 2012, before market open.

Company management will host a conference call at 8:00 AM Eastern on November 1, 2012 to discuss the financial results for the third quarter and first nine months of 2012, recent business developments, revenue guidance for the fourth quarter of 2012 and revenue and net income guidance for full year 2012. The conference call will be accessible by dialing 888/679-8037 or 617/213-4849 (international) and providing passcode 34805828.
