Mercer Launches Mercer WIN® Advanced

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Mercer, a global consulting leader in talent, health, retirement and investments, announced today that it has launched the latest upgrade to its global online workforce data platform, the Mercer Workforce Intelligence Network® (WIN) - Mercer WIN® Advanced. Mercer WIN Advanced now offers easy-to-use benchmarking and analysis capabilities for compensation, benefits and other workforce data from Mercer and additional sources. The simple upgrade takes place within the Mercer WIN platform and users can be up and running in just minutes.

Mercer WIN Advanced represents the latest milestone in the development of Mercer WIN. First introduced in mid-2010, Mercer WIN serves as a single access point for comprehensive HR data. It features information from over 20 million employees across 8,000 organizations that in turn provide market data for more than 100 countries. No matter where employees reside around the world, Mercer WIN enables fast, flexible access to market data and analytics. The information can be analyzed by industry, country, family, career stream and other variables and can be displayed via charts and graphs or printed and exported. By upgrading to Mercer WIN Advanced, users can house their benchmark results and analyses all in a single place.

"In discussions with our clients about how to take the successful introduction of Mercer WIN to the next level, we heard the need for blending their organizational data with Mercer and other market sources to create a more rich set of analyses and reporting capabilities," said Teri Zipper, Head of Software Strategy for Mercer's Information Product and Solutions business. "We designed Mercer WIN Advanced around this feedback, and the initial client reaction has been extremely positive."

"HR decision makers need to be strategically focused on solving key business issues, backed by fact-based information and insights," said Ilya Bonic, Global Leader of Mercer's Information Products and Solutions business. "This crucial role is made far more difficult to accomplish with data spread across multiple markets, systems and spreadsheets. With Mercer WIN Advanced, the full array of an organization's HR data sets can be simply and easily accessed and analyzed in real time, enabling faster and better insights and action plans."
