Today, Fool.com analyst Anand Chokkavelu looks at one company that's been knocked down a bit, despite a lack of any material company news. This stock has been on Anand's watchlist for some time now, and he disagrees with famed short-seller David Einhorn's bearish call on Chipotle.

Einhorn is looking at increased competition from Yum! Brands as a long-term threat to Chipotle. But Anand points out a similar dynamic that existed years ago between McDonald's and Starbucks, and both companies have been able to thrive since.
