Quality Products, Inc. Announces Payment of a Special Dividend to Shareholders

COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Quality Products, Inc. (Pink Sheets: QPDC) today announced its board of directors approved a special one-time dividend of $2.00 per share, or approximately $4.7 million. The special dividend will be payable on Thursday, October 25, 2012 to shareholders of record on Thursday, October 11, 2012. The dividend will be funded with a combination of available cash and bank financing.
