SeeMore stood out to us as a very clear example of technology that is meeting the big data challenges being faced by recruiters, helping companies move beyond talent sourcing to talent management. Last year, HR Executive Magazine recognized BeKnown™, Monster's professional networking app for Facebook, which combines the power of Monster and Facebook, extending the ability of employers and job seekers to connect around great opportunities, while delivering Monster jobs to millions of users on the world's largest and most popular social network.
